Pilates Instruction
Evaluation of skills level must be conducted before class reservation. Please contact us to set up a private lesson evaluation. All sessions & classes are 55 minutes in length.

All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance, to allow for rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in full charge for the lesson.
