We hope you will join Romana Kryzanowska as we celebrate the 10th Annual Romana’s Pilates® Conference!  We have planned a special gala dinner celebration for Romana — featuring delicious food, cash bar, and fabulous music with lots of dancing!  The 2010 Conference Dinner & Celebration will take place on Saturday, July 10, 2010, at the newly opened Ocean View Ballroom conveniently located at the Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa!  You are welcome to invite friends and family members too — please note: this event is optional and self-pay (pricing and reservation details to be announced soon).  The suggested dress for this special evening event is casually elegant attire.

The special group room rate for this event is $139/night.  This rate is based on single/double occupancy and does not include tax (currently 11%).

IMPORTANT: you must book on or before the newly extended cutoff date of 5 pm EST on Friday, June 18, 2010 to receive this discounted room rate.  This special group room rate is on a space-available basis only and will not be guaranteed after 5 pm on Friday, June 18, 2010.  After this deadline the room rate will increase to $249/night (excluding taxes).

As previously announced, Private Sessions will again be available during the 2010 Conference!  Just like last year, Private sessions will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis by contacting me directly AND a credit credit card payment is required to secure all Private Sessions.  However, a difference this year, is that you must be fully registered and paid to attend the 2010 Conference in order to sign up for Private Sessions.

As recently announced, changes have been made regarding the 2010 Romana’s Pilates® Conference Level Teacher Meetings — please note the new schedule below (all meetings will be at the hotel):

GENERAL 2010 ROMANA’S PILATES® CONFERENCE DETAILS — Start & End Times

For planning purposes — below please find some general details regarding the upcoming 3-day 2010 Conference (July 9, 10, & 11, 2010):

DAY 1 — Friday, July 9, 2010

We anticipate Private Session times to be available both in the morning on Friday (8 am until 12 Noon) when the Conference starts and at the end of the day (5 pm).  We have not yet finalized or announced the opportunity to schedule Private Sessions; however, when all is set we will communicate same via the Pure Pilates Blog.  So stay tuned for more information in the future re: how to schedule and pay for same.

DAY 2 — Saturday, July 10, 2010

Full Conference Day with Private Session times available in the morning (7 am) and at the end of the day (5 pm) the informative & interactive Presentations by all the Grandmaster and Master Instructors.

Stay tuned for all the exciting details about the Saturday evening dinner celebration & dancing!

DAY 3 — Sunday, July 11, 2010

Private Sessions will again be available at 7 am.  We anticipate Sunday’s schedule to wrap up around 1 pm to respect everyone’s time to schedule & coordinate departures in the afternoon in order to get home to families and studios.

For those of you who cannot miss a day of the World Cup, we understand and have made special arrangements for a hospitality suite, conveniently located near the Conference  Presentation Rooms, with a large flat screen television dedicated to showing all the World Cup Soccer games for the 2010 Conference attendees.   For your information, 3 TV stations: ESPN, ESPN2 and ABC have combined to show all 64 matches of the 2010 FIFA World Cup and we will have TVs dedicated to the World Cup so you won’t miss any action while attending the 2010 Romana’s Pilates Conference.
